| Ensuring the kitchen area are always kept hygienic, clean and tidy at all the times |
| Repacking of food supplies to smaller packaging according to SOP |
| To deep fry and grill all the foods/ingredients (fried chicken, fried toufu, fried enoki, etc) according to SOP |
| To prepare all the food ingredients (Eg. cut, peel, chop and wash) |
| Execute any other duties that will be assign by the immediate superiors |
| Have the basic kitchen experience/ knife skills etc |
