[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]
1. General Duties and Tea Preparation |
---|
-Will be in charge in the opening or closing of the outlet as per shift assign |
-To treat every customer politely and promptly as well as to be efficient in order taking. |
-Ensure working stations always stay clean and dry |
-Preparation and giving out food orders to customers and drivers upon completion orders. |
-Preparation of tea leaves and pearl Boba will need to be cook according to SOP. |
-To refill the syrup packaging and toppings , if needed. |
-To involve in managing & recording of the goods inventory and stocktaking |
-Cleaning workstation and washing kitchen equipment are compulsory. |
2. Kitchen Duties |
---|
-Ensuring the kitchen area are always kept hygienic, clean and tidy at all the times |
-Repacking of food supplies according to smaller packaging according to SOP |
-To deep fry and grill all the foods/ingredients (fried chicken, fried toufu, fried enoki, etc) according to SOP |
-To prepare all the food ingredients (Eg. Cut, peel, chop and wash) |
-Execute any other duties that will be assign by the immediate superiors |
-Have the basic kitchen experience/ knife skills etc |
-Comply with food safety and hygiene standards |
3. Requirements |
---|
– No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided |
– Able to handle customer queries in both English and Mandarin |
– Well-groomed and presentable with friendly and cheerful |
– Cooperative and Team player |
– Able to work shift hours |
WSQ Hygiene Certified personnel will be prioritized |
